Every gift counts
Your support makes a tremendous difference! As a new college, the College of Media, Communication and Information has a number of financial needs, including student scholarships, program support, faculty research and facility improvements. Donations to the provide the greatest flexibility to meet these needs.
Alumni and friends can also direct support to specific departments or centers. Use the “designation” field on to choose or search for a gift fund.
If you want to donate for a specific purpose that you are not seeing as an option, please email cmcigiving@colorado.edu.
Gifts to the college may also be made in the following forms:
- Monthly Gifts help us serve immediate needs and provide a dependable stream of income.
- Annual leadership gifts of $1,000 or more qualify donors for recognition in the CMCI Dean’s Leadership Society.
- Through charitable bequests or other estate planning vehicles, you can leave a legacy at CMCI.
- If you have a , you can request a grant to the University of Colorado Foundation (Tax ID: 84-6049811) and specify that it is for CMCI. Please let us know if you have requested a grant so we can ensure it gets to the correct place and that you are credited with the donation.
- Donors can support our students by establishing named scholarships and can support faculty be establishing named faculty positions
