We are glad you're considering a transfer to CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ education programs. We offers two bachelor’s degree programs in Elementary Education and Leadership & Community Engagement. Transfer applicants must have 24 completed college credits and relevant experience in education and/or community leadership. We are looking for students who are passionate about diversity and using education and community organizing to foster equity and justice.

What Do We Require?

 

2.75 college GPA & 
24 completed college credits

(AP, IB and dual-enrollment not included) Students are recommended to take general core courses, which can include Foreign Language, Written Communication, Cultural or Human Geography, Public Speaking, American Government, Ethics, World History, US History, Literature and Arts, Biological Science, and Physical Science

 

 

We also look for:

  • Demonstrated experience working with youth or in community leadership and organizing
  • Demonstrated passion for justice and equity
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations
