Dear Graduating Student,
If you will be graduating in May or August 2017 or have completed a walk only form, you are invited to participate in our , Civil, Environmental & Architectural Engineering to be held on May 12, 2017 on the Business Field from 11-2pm.听 We will serve light refreshments immediately after the ceremony.
We will be sending out more specific information within the next week.听 We are asking students to arrive between 10:15 and 10:30am to check in and have your photo taken (or you could avoid the line and have your photo taken on May 2 & 3 in the Eng. Lobby : See attachment) and line up for the procession.
Families and friends are welcome to come and sit.
Recognition Ceremonies celebrate the imminent graduation of Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral students. Graduating students are recognized individually by name as they receive their diploma cover. Special achievements of graduating students are also recognized.
Students who wish to participate in these ceremonies are encouraged to wear a cap and gown听which can be purchased (undergraduate students) or rented (graduate students) through the CU Book Store.
Our Department/Program Recognition Ceremony is in addition to the 听which will also take place on May 12th at 8:30am in Folsom Field. You are encouraged to attend both.
