Engineering Career Services believes in bringing out your best and helping you reach your potential. We are allies — starting your first year — in your personal growth and career development. We help with major, career, and self-exploration; developing effective resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles; preparing for interviews; deciding between multiple offers; negotiating salary; and more. We will work with you to help you discover your interests and strengths, learn about the industry that you choose to pursue, and develop effective strategies for launching your engineering career.
Appointments can be made through Handshake or by calling (303) 492-6541. Sessions are held in the Center for Community or the Engineering Center career services locations. Drop-ins are from 1:30-4 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at Engineering Career Services, ECST 128, as well as 1:30-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the centralized office, located in Suite N352 in the Center for Community. Regular Programming
Hotspots – Access and connect with Career Services around campus at our career “hotspots.” Get quick questions answered or have your resume reviewed in this drop-in friendly format. (Monday: Biotech, 12:30-2:30 p.m.; Tuesday: Engineering Center, 3:30-5:30 p.m.; Wednesday: ATLAS, 12:30-2:30 p.m.)
Show & Techs – These will replace TechUps; companies will be encouraged to bring a product and discuss projects being worked on. Times, dates, and locations vary.

Prepare for the Fair series
Technical Resume Critiques – Employer representatives will review and critique resumes for students. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, DLC
Upperclassmen Advisory Panel – Peers will share their process of obtaining an internship. 4:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, DLC
