A little about my career path: I have 5 years of diverse experience in drinking water and industrial wastewater treatment, including design services, permitting, construction management, and treatment plant operations. I also have research experience in volatile organic compound (VOC) remediation and ultraviolet (UV) advanced oxidation with Professor Karl Linden. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science. in Chemical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Science. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado - ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. I am a registered professional engineer in Colorado. I have also been involved in various international work efforts. I have participated as well as served on boards and advisory committees for multiple organizations that embrace my passion for engineering, leadership and connectedness. These organizations include National Society of Professional Engineers, WorldDenver, African Leadership Group, American Water Works Association, United Nations Association-Denver and Society of Women Engineers. I have recently been selected to be a part of the Early Career Professional Steering Committee within Mott MacDonald where I will provide strategic input and help set up initiatives for the growth and betterment of the young professionals in the company.
