IAFS Alumni

There are lots of different ways to be involved with the IAFS program! Reach out to iafs@colorado.edu if you have any questions or want more information.

  • Our IAFS Advisory Board plans a variety of events such as our Global Speaker Series and also raises funds for student scholarships. Email iafs@colorado.edu if you're interested in learning more about the Board!
  • Be a Mentor! Learn more about our Mentorship Program which pairs up IAFS alums with current IAFS students who would like to be mentored. 
  • Join our  and stay in the loop with discussions and IAFS alumni events. IAFS is also on and . 
  • Join the for IAFS alumi. Under "Groups" search "International Affairs".
  • Visit the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Alumni Career Services website to find job search tips, advice on career development or transitions, or schedule a free appointment with an Alumni Career Advisor. 
  • Make sure your contact information is up to date with the Alumni Association so that we can stay in contact and so that you can receive our Alumni Newsletters and invitations to Alumni events.

IAFS Giving

Global Grants are need- and merit-based scholarships intended to send more of our majors abroad to gain a global experience.

General gift funds are used for a variety of special projects and student programming, including speaker events, graduation, and student awards.
