  • Research travel grantsÌýof up to $2,500Ìýare awarded to full-time faculty in any discipline who areÌýpursuingÌýJewish Studies related researchÌýprojects.Ìý
  • Conference travel grantsÌýup to $500Ìýare awarded to full-time faculty in any discipline who are presenting at academic or professional conferences related to the field of Jewish Studies.

Research Travel Grant Submission Guidelines:

CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ faculty who wish to apply for research travel support are asked to provide the following:

  • CV
  • research proposal of up to 500 words
  • an estimated budget for travel (including expenses and revenues) and the total financial request, includingÌýinformation on additional funding sources applied for or pending

Conference Travel GrantÌýSubmission Guidelines:

CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ faculty who wish to apply for conference travel support are asked to provide the following:

  • CV

  • a copy of the proposal submitted to the conference
  • proof of participation in the conference
  • an estimated budget for travel (including expenses and revenues) and the total financial request, includingÌýinformation on additional funding sources applied for or pending

Submission Deadlines:

Faculty travel grants are awarded on a rolling basis. However, grant applications must be received at least 12 weeks before the conference or proposed research travel dates in order to ensure a timely decision. Only in special cases will applications be considered within 12 weeks of the proposed travel period.
