You can edit your profile information (work and education history) at any time from the “My Profile” page.If you have already submitted your application and need to update your documents (e.g. resume or cover letter), please contact the "Job Posting Contact" listed for the position to which you have applied. If you are unable to locate this information, contact us at recruiting@colorado.edu.

Please do not withdraw your application as you will not be able to re-apply with updated materials.

You can by using the “Forgot your Password” feature from the login page. If you have an existing account with CU «Ƶ Jobs, you'll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have trouble resetting your password you can email recruiting@colorado.edu. Please do not create a new profile.

After logging into your account, you can update your password by clicking the “Reset Password” button in the Account Management section of your “My Profile” page. You will be asked to confirm your email address and will then receive an email with instructions for how to change your password.

To change the email address associated with your account, log in to the career site and navigate to 'My Profile'. Select 'Update Profile' to edit your email address. This action will update the email address used to log in and all subsequent application notifications will be sent to this email account.

Though not required at the time of application, finalists for staff positions willbe contacted to provide professional references. Please refer to the 'special instructions' section in the job posting, which may outline additional detailsabout the position's requirements.

Letters of recommendation are typically collected for faculty and research faculty positions. If letters of recommendation are required, the request for letter provider names may happen either at the time of application or later in the process. You will be contacted directly via email with additional details if letter providers are required after application.

You can edit your letter providers for a specific job application from the "My Profile" page in the . To do so, log into your account, and from the “Jobs I Have Applied To” list, select “Manage References”. From this page, select"Edit References" to modify the letter providerssubmitted for that position.

Once the request for letters has been initiated, you cannot edit the contact information for your letter providers. However, you can add additional letter providers by selecting "Manage References" then “Add References” from the “Jobs I Have Applied To” list on the “My Profile” page.

HR can resend the request to the letter provider on your behalf and can provide support. Please contact us with the title of the position and name/email of your letter provider and we will follow up with them. You should have received an email from one of our recruitmentcoordinators earlier in the search process and can send this information directly to that person. If you did not receive an email or are unsure who your recruitment coordinator is, please contact us atrecruiting@colorado.edu.​

Your letter provider(s) will receive an email with instructions and a URL for submitting the confidential letter of recommendation. The letter(s) of recommendation may be collected at any time throughout the search process. As the candidate, you will also receive an email notifying you when we have initiated the collection of letter(s) of recommendation.​

Letters of recommendation must be submitted online. Contact your assigned recruitment coordinator if you need support. If you did not receive an email or are unsure who your recruitment coordinator is, please contact us at recruiting@colorado.edu.

If we are at a point in the search process where we want to proceed with your application and have not received the required letter(s) of recommendation, we will contact you to ask for your assistance with following up with your letter provider(s). You can verify or monitor the status of letters of recommendation fromthe "My Profile" page in the. To do so, log into your account, and from the “Jobs I Have Applied To” list, select “Manage References”. If you have any questions about the letters of recommendation process or the status of submissions for your application, you cancontact your recruitment coordinator (Note: please include the job posting title and number and any other relevant details in the email so that we can best assist you).
