Foolish Craig's Too

“Foolish Craig's Cafe was established in 1998. While we are continually changing, one constant is that every day we strive to become a better place for our customers and staff. Owner-operators, Foolish Mitch and Just Craig, welcome any comments and suggestions on how to create a better experience for you.” With that in mind we opened Foolish Craig’s Too on campus in the Porter building in 2019.

“At Foolish Craig’s Too our food is made fresh daily and delivered to us from Foolish Craig’s Cafe on Pearl Street. We use our award-winning bread that is made fresh daily in our bakery. We proudly serve handcrafted   «Ƶ Organic Coffee. From slow-braising our corned beef and pork shoulder, to making our soups and dressings in-house, our goal is to serve the best, tastiest food possible. We use Colorado fresh produce and meats whenever possible.  In our effort to become a zero-waste facility, we compost and recycle everything we can, including the help - they just keep coming back!

Foolish Craig’s hours: 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday thru Friday.
