Important dates   Scholarships   

All undergraduate applicants admitted to the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ College of Music are automatically considered for merit-based music scholarships upon completing the audition process. Undergraduate music scholarships come from state/tuition sources as well as private donor/foundation sources and may be designated as one-year awards or renewable awards (up to a maximum of four years). In a typical year, 50-55% of incoming undergraduate music students receive music scholarship support. 

In addition to College of Music aid, you are also encouraged to submit the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Scholarship Application via CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Scholarships between Nov. 1 and Feb. 15. There are two kinds of scholarships available for CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ undergraduates: Automatic scholarship consideration for incoming first-year students and private scholarships. Finally, all applicants are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1. Note: Tuition and fees are just one part of the overall cost to attend CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. The full cost of attendance for an academic year could include expenses such as on-campus housing and food, books and supplies and items that are not billed by the university such as personal expenses, transportation and medical insurance.   • Music scholarship dispersed and applied to student tuition bill: August
