- CU Procurement Services Center (PSC): Travel outside of the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia.
- Fly America Act and Federal Sponsors: US territories and possessions are considered domestic travel. Some federal sponsors treat travel to Canada and Mexico as domestic budgetary purposes.
