Neighborhood Ambassadors
Neighborhood Ambassadors engage with their community members in a variety of ways, through one on one dialogue with their student peers to neighborhood events.
For Students
Ambassadors will frequently do quick chats with their student neighbors:
- Address ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ ordinances
- Remind residents of ways to avoid citations
- How to deal with complaints or misunderstandings with surrounding community members
Students may also see our ambassadors set up with tents and tables in their neighborhood to share education on important issues or upcoming events in their area.
Interested in becoming a Neighborhood Ambassador?
As we continue to grow our Ambassador program, we are always looking for student leaders that are looking to build community in their area. Neighborhoods we currently work with are University Hill and East Aurora but would like to expand to the Goss Grove and Martin Acres neighborhoods in the near future.
