Tom McGann
Director of Parking Services
Tom McGann’s role oversees parking permits, facilities operations, events, enforcement and customer service. Prior to his current position he worked for eight years with the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Athletic Department, transferring to the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Police Department as Emergency Planner, then as Internal Consultant for Parking and Transportation Services, acting as Interim Assistant Director of Transportation Services. Originally from Boston, Tom graduated from Boston University. He and his wife, Nancy, are the parents of three boys, Toddy, Sean and Jacob. He is active in the community as a youth hockey coach.
Shauna Atkins
Assistant Director Infrastructure & Capital Projects
Shauna Atkins has been employed with Parking Services since 1997. She currently oversees parking facilities planning, improvements, restoration, new construction, maintenance and snow removal. Shauna has held key positions as electrical and facilities technician, maintenance unit manager, special event traffic manager as well as Logistics Chief for Emergency Management Services during campus special events and incidents.
Shauna received her degree in Architectural Engineering and Construction Science and accreditations in Professional Project Management, Sports and Special Events Incident Management and Active Harmer/Active Shooter Training. She and her wife, Pamela, are raising their niece and the family enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank.
Jerod Nye
Assistant Director for Customer Engagement
Jerod began working with Parking Services as a temporary Events employee helping incoming students move into their residence halls in the fall of 2001. In the years since, he progressed through a number of roles in the department including Enforcement Officer, Events Supervisor, Faculty/Staff Permit Coordinator, Customer Service Manager and Assistant Director for Parking Operations prior to his current role as the Assistant Director for Customer Engagement. In this role, he oversees both the Permits and Customer Service sections while working closely with all other sections of Parking Services. Jerod holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In 2016, Jerod completed his graduate certificate in Leadership and Management through the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Engineering Management Program.
Dan Krusemark
Assistant Director Events and Enforcement
Dan Krusemark joined the leadership team at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Parking Services in the fall of 2017. His role oversees and supports all major parking events and enforcement for the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus. Dan has over 20 years of management experience with over 11 years specific to the parking industry. Prior to CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ he managed Parking and Traffic Services for American University in Washington, DC where he also earned his Master of Arts in Psychology. Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was published in the American Journal of Psychology for his undergraduate research on short-term memory.

Brian Lindoerfer
Associate Vice Chancellor, Facilities Management
Brian Lindoerfer, a CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ alumnus, leads a 600-person operation that includes planning, design and construction, space optimization, trades services, transportation, grounds and building maintenance, utility and energy services, and custodial and recycling operations for most of the campus. Before joining the CU team in February 2018, Lindoerfer spent two years at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ County, where he oversaw facilities management efforts, development of a strategic facilities master plan and negotiation of a power purchase agreement that helped the county achieve its goal of sourcing more than 50 percent of the power for its facilities from renewables.
Prior to joining the county, he spent 20 years as an officer in the Navy, retiring with the rank of commander. Most of his time in the Navy was spent with the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and included a stint at the Pentagon as financial program manager and congressional liaison, as well as time as director of public works at the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut.
A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Lindoerfer holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and an MBA from DePaul University. He is also a registered professional engineer in Colorado and a Certified Energy Manager.
Tim Golden
Interim Assistant Director, Transportation Services
Tim retired from CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in March, 2022, as the Director of Transportation & Distribution Services, and has since been working for CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ on special projects on a part-time basis. When the Assistant Director of Transportation Services left CU, Tim agreed to fill in as the Interim Assistant Director while the search for a replacement takes place.
Chris Biblis
Transit Manager
Chris Leads the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Transit department which consists of the Buff Bus campus shuttle service. Prior to CU, Chris worked for 28 years in the Chemical transportation industry specializing in hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals. Chris graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business - Operations Management.
Craig Miller
Transportation Maintenance Manager
Craig Miller is CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Transportation Maintenance Manager. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of the university’s vehicle fleet to ensure safe, clean, reliable Buff Buses, fleet vehicles, facilities and equipment across 3 campuses. Craig has been at CU for 19 years & has grown from a tech 2 in the garage to his current role.
