Executive Leadership Communications Board

The Executive Leadership Communication Board (ELCB) brings together executive leaders from academic and administrative units and their senior-most communicator. The ELCB meets as a full group each quarter to align marketing and communication teams with top university initiatives, and to discuss results and insights from previous campaigns and how those insights inform future work.

Communications Leadership Council

The Communications Leadership Council, a subset of ELCB, meets every other month to align on time-bound marketing and communication efforts related to top university initiatives; to provide visibility to past, current and future content work; to identify opportunities for collaboration and reduce duplication; and to discuss audience, tactic and channel optimizations.
