Short Bio

David Miller is a PhD candidate at the University of Colorado at ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅.  His research interests include resolution enhancement in photolithography and optical systems design.  In a past life, he worked as a design engineer at Thorlabs, and later a product engineer at Avo Photonics.  He recieved dual B.S. in Engineering Physics and Applied Mathematics, as well as the M.S. in Electrical Engineering - all from the ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅.  Over the last several years, David has mentored undergraduate and high school students in the lab through the DLA, Spring Break for Research, YOURE@CU, and Science Discovery programs.  When not in the lab, David enjoys hiking, cycling, and challenging gravity by lifting heavy things. Gravity always wins.
