Student Academic Success Center (SASC)
SASC is a multi-cultural academic learning community, serving low income and first generation college students with academic skills development, math and writing courses, supplementary instruction in gateway courses, tutoring, pre-collegiate opportunities and graduate research opportunities.
CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Writing Center
Gain the opportunity to work one-on-one with consultants trained in writing pedagogy. Writing Center sessions strive to address writers' stated needs while attending to relevant disciplinary, rhetorical, grammatical, and stylistic concerns. Consultants provide feedback and advice that promote writers' abilities to communicate successfully and think critically in the complex and changing environments of the university, the workplace, and society. Services are FREE to CU students, faculty, staff and alumni.
Office of Information Technology (OIT) Support
OIT provides support to all campus affiliates for university and personally owned computing equipment on a first-come, first-served basis at our walk-in centers.
Career Services
Career Services is here to help international students navigate the U.S. job market in order to increase students’ success in finding a job or internship. Career Services plans events specific to the needs of international students. Events may include a panel of alumni discussing their job search success, a workshop on how to write a resume, the ins and outs of visas and more. Career counselors help students understand what they want to do, and how to get there.
The CUE
The Cultural Unity & Engagement Center provides support and resources that promote academic, personal, and professional success for all students. We provide innovative programs and services that address intersections of our multiple identities with special focus given to underrepresented populations on the University of Colorado ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus.
Study Abroad
Established in 1960, Study Abroad administers hundreds CU-ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ-sponsored programs in more than 70 countries around the world. Approximately 1,200 CU-ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ students study on CU-ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ programs annually. They receive in-residence credit and the credit may be applied to major and college requirements with prior advisor approval. Financial aid and scholarships are available.
