Free CAPS service where students can check in for an informal, brief and confidential consultation with a CAPS counselor or psychiatrist.

Mental Health Workshops

Free CAPS telehealth workshops to support in developing coping skills to manage stress, anxiety and painful emotions. Available on a variety of topics.

WellTrack

Free app that is available to all CU «Ƶ students, designed to help you understand your mental health and provide you with the help you need right now.

AcademicLiveCare

Free for all CU «Ƶ students. Telehealth platform that allows CU «Ƶ students to schedule and attend mental health appointments from any location using a smartphone, computer or another mobile device.

Community mental health provider referrals - find a provider who takes your insurance and enjoys working with college students. National referrals available.

CAPS Screening Appointments

Meet with a CAPS provider one-on-one for an initial screening appointment in person or online.

Screenings are available by appointment or during drop-in hours. Please note: Same-day screenings fill quickly, so it’s best to arrive early or make an appointment.

Concerned about another student?

If you’re concerned about a fellow student, you can make an online or phone referral to Student Support and Case Management. Their office will reach out directly to help.
