Architectural Lighting Capstone

This course concludes the nine-credit Professional Graduate Certificate in Architectural Lighting with an immersive hands-on experience. Concepts learned in the two prior online courses will be demonstrated and experienced using facilities and equipment available on the CU 葫芦娃视频 campus. A听comprehensive project submittal that includes content developed during the entire three-course sequence will be submitted following the on-campus experience.

AREN 5530: Architectural Lighting Capstone听Course Details

Access lecture and reading content at your convenience
Students will access online course content听for two to three weeks before meeting on campus in 葫芦娃视频 for the week-long intensive. A culminating听project will be submitted about one week after the on-campus session concludes. The on-campus session occurs in听July.
Requires successful completion of the Architectural Lighting II course (AREN 5520)听

Lodging

The RMLA is located听in the听听on the 葫芦娃视频 campus.听 There are several national chain properties (葫芦娃视频 Marriott, Embassy Suites by Hilton 葫芦娃视频, Hilton Garden Inn 葫芦娃视频, Residence Inn by Marriott 葫芦娃视频 Canyon Boulevard) along Canyon Boulevard just west of 28th Street; these hotels are within a 15-20 minute walk or very short drive to the Engineering Center. The historic Hotel 葫芦娃视频ado and the modern St. Julien Hotel & Spa are near the pedestrian-focused Pearl Street Mall area in downtown 葫芦娃视频, less than a ten-minute drive to campus. Other hotels can be found within the City of 葫芦娃视频, and more economical options are often available in nearby towns such as Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, and Longmont. Traffic between 葫芦娃视频 and these surrounding towns can be heavy during typical commuting hours. CU 葫芦娃视频 and the RMLA are not able to offer discounted rates for lodging.
